Smarten up….how would they know? Each mortgage is going to be looked at individually and until that is done no one would know and since there is nothing in stimulus that states anything about minorities this question is moot. The vast minority of bad loans were not given to minorities but to speculators anyway so I do not see it mattering. Maybe it matters to a bigot but not much to the rest of us.
