When Obama adds a carbon tax to electric companies, how much will my bill go up?

Please don’t tell me the tax rebate will pay for it. First, the rebate is designed to only help offset the increase. Since it is $1,000 for a couple the following year, that means my bill will go up MORE than $100 each and every month DURING the year when the bills become due. My second question is, HOW am I supposed to pay for Obama’s golden dreams?

      It depends. Are your walls and celling insulated? Do you have dual pane windows? Do you have a programmable thermostat? Do you own a sweater for the winter months and a wife beater T for the summer? Time to cut back and conserve.
